Decided to use local business to replace some roller blinds in conservatory that desperately needed replacing and after a bit of research decided to use Alan Ward Blinds. Alan arrived on time as agreed initially for quote and then for fitting.and at all times Alan was professional and tidy. Was also advised without really asking how to prevent our new blinds becoming damaged as the original blinds that he was replacing were,,nice touch. I would definitely recommend Alan to fit your new blinds etc and keep local businesses trading.

I made an online order from London last week for a fitting to fix my existing roller blinds. I could not find the exact fitting elsewhere. Even though this was a small order for their firm, Alan and Beverly checked my photos carefully to confirm it was the right fitment and despatched the order promptly and safely (with assurances that I should come back to them if there were any further queries). The fitment was perfect and very fairly priced, and the company was a pleasure to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending their professional and knowldgeable services.

Came home to disaster, my puppy had ripped down my lounge blinds. One phone call to a lovely lady and I had replacement slats the same day... very reasonably priced. Very good quality. Highly recommend.

Alan Ward is a true Gentleman which in this day and age is a rarity! Alan is extremely patient, and knowledgeable and spent along time ensuring we had the right colour combinations for each room.
